Christmas Cupcakes!!!

These cupcakes were cupcakes I made for Christmas, a client ordered 5 dozen.  All vanilla with vanilla butter cream.  Decorations are made from fondant.

Candy barrel cake

This is a dark chocolate cake with a peanut butter Reese's cup buttercream filling and iced in peanut butter buttercream.  It's topped with Reese's Pieces and surrounded by Kit Kats.

Minnie Mouse Birthday!

I made this cake for a 2 year old girls Minnie Mouse themed birthday party.  10 Inch tier is white almond cake with vanilla buttercream.  8 inch tier is red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, topper is white almond cake.  Cupcake are strawberry with pink cream cheese icing.

Sandcastle cake!

This cake was so much fun to make and I love the way it came out.  This was a cake I made for a bridal shower with a beach theme.
The 10 inch tier is a margarita cake with fresh lime with a lime cream cheese filling.  The 8 inch tier is a blueberry cake with fresh blueberries and a lemon cream cheese filling.
The cupcakes are vanilla with vanilla buttercream.  The shells are all white chocolate (except the blue starfish) dusted with edible luster dust.

Hippie Chick Cake

This is a cake I made to match a Hippie Chick party theme, it's not as detailed as I wanted but I only had a couple of hours to pull it together.  Cake is vanilla with vanilla buttercream...Cupcakes are Devil's food with chocolate fudge icing.

Monkey cake!

This was a cake I made for a baby shower.  They wanted a simple sheet cake with a monkey.  One side is yellow butter cake with a vanilla buttercream filling and the other side is a chocolate cake with a milk chocolate buttercream filling and all is iced in vanilla butter cream.  Everything is edible.  The monkey is made from modeling chocolate and fondant.

Mocha fudge-triple chocolate cake with a hint of espresso, a whipped cream filling, and a rich fudge icing, drizzled with homemade caramel.
Banana split-banana cake, topped with a vanilla buttercream, drizzled with homemade caramel sauce, chopped nuts with a cherry on top.
Lemon chiffon-Lemon cupcake topped with a rich lemon buttercream.
Peanut butter and Jelly-White cake with your choice of filling (raspberry,grape, strawberry) topped with a peanut butter buttercream frosting
Red velvet-Rich red velvet cake, topped with a cream cheese frosting (also tastes amazing with a raspberry filling...optional)
Orange dream-vanilla and orange cake topped with a swirled vanilla and orange buttercream frosting
Apple spice-A spice cake topped with an apple cream frosting (optional: drizzled with caramel sauce and sprinkled with chopped walnuts)
Chocolate hazelnut-a rich chocolate cake, topped with a hazelnut buttercream frosting.
Cookies and Cream-A chocolate cake topped with a vanilla buttercream frosting and crushed oreo cookies
Peanut butter cup-A chocolate cake topped with a peanut butter buttercream frosting and chunks of peanut butter cups
Strawberry Shortcake-a vanilla and strawberry cake, with a sweet whipped cream filling, topped with a vanilla buttercream frosting and fresh strawberries
Arnold Palmer-Black tea cupcake with a lemonade frosting
Carrot Cake-Carrot cake topped with a cream cheese frosting
Rum Cake-Yellow butter cake infused with dark rum, topped with chopped pecans and a rum infused simple syrup
Margarita Cupcake-A vanilla and lime cupcake topped with a lime infused buttercream frosting, garnished with raw sugar and a lime wedge.
Classic Snowball-A white cupcake with coconut and almond flavoring topped with a coconut buttercream and rolled in toasted coconut flakes.
'Smores-Chocolate cake with a marshmallow topping, rolled in crushed graham crackers with a hershey's square on top.
Pink Champagne-pink champagne cake with a champagne buttercream, topped with a white chocolate covered strawberry.
Pina Colada-Pineapple cake with fresh pineapple topped with a coconut buttercream.
Raspberry lemonade-Raspberry cake topped with a lemonade buttercream and a fresh raspberry.
Chunky Monkey-Banana cupcake, dipped in chocolate ganache and topped with a peanut butter buttercream.
Irish Car Bomb-Just like the drink!  A chocolate stout cake made with Guinness, dipped in a Jameson's spiked dark chocolate ganache and topped with Bailey's buttercream.
Grape Kool-Aid Explosion-Vanilla bean cupcake, topped with a grape koolaid buttercream and grape poprocks.
Butter Pecan-Butter pecan cake topped with a maple buttercream and a candied pecan.
French Toast-Vanilla cinnamon cupcake topped with a maple buttercream. and dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Cherry Almond-Cherry almond cake with a cherry almond buttercream.
Cherry Limeade-Cherry cake with a lime buttercream.
