Sandcastle cake!

This cake was so much fun to make and I love the way it came out.  This was a cake I made for a bridal shower with a beach theme.
The 10 inch tier is a margarita cake with fresh lime with a lime cream cheese filling.  The 8 inch tier is a blueberry cake with fresh blueberries and a lemon cream cheese filling.
The cupcakes are vanilla with vanilla buttercream.  The shells are all white chocolate (except the blue starfish) dusted with edible luster dust.

Hippie Chick Cake

This is a cake I made to match a Hippie Chick party theme, it's not as detailed as I wanted but I only had a couple of hours to pull it together.  Cake is vanilla with vanilla buttercream...Cupcakes are Devil's food with chocolate fudge icing.
